主要職責和活動Key Accountabilities
1. 測試新的原材料，協助完成新原材料的認證
Test new raw material, and assist to finish Material homologation
2. 與米蘭總部合作，開發一些具有新性能的膠料，并完成膠料工業化, 并開發相應的工藝
Cooperation with Milan HQ, develop new compounds with better performances, and finish compound Industrialization, and develop relative mixing process.
3. 優化密煉工藝，降低膠料數據波動，保證膠料性能
Optimize the mixing process, decrease variation of compound data, guarantee compound performance.
4. 工廠支持：調試新設備；制定備用生產路線；密煉效率提升。Support Factory: New machine commissioning; Make backup route for urgent use; mixing efficiency increase
5. 幫助生產、質量解決加工工藝問題及輪胎缺陷及降低返回料廢料等
Help production, quality solve process problem and tire defect problem and recycle scrap reduction etc.

1. 高分子材料性能和應用Polymer material performance and application
2. 膠料配方設計基礎知識 The basic knowledge of compound design
3. 混煉工藝技術 Mixing process technology
4. 膠料數據分析Compound data analysis
5. 質量體系知識Quality system knowledge

其他任職要求Other Requirements：
1. 本科及以上學歷 Bachelor degree or above
2. 能用英語交流 Able to communicate in English
3. 有材料、配方、密煉工藝相關工作經驗者優先 Those with work experience in materials, formulas, or mixing processes are preferred
4. 能夠適應密煉車間的艱苦工作環境 Able to adapt to the tough environment in the mixing workshop
5. 有職業道德，遵守保密協議 Have professional ethics and abide by confidentiality agreements。
